Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If a defect is discovered after installation, returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In most instances, we will attempt to send you a replacement product at our expense.

We do not guarantee or cover any damage incurred to our products after installation, even within the 30-day return period. Buyers are solely responsible for the wear and tear of products purchased from Nanotech.sg. Any damage sustained after purchase or delivery is not considered a defect.

All custom-cut orders are non-returnable. Returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind are not permitted for custom-cut screen protectors. Please ensure that your requirements are accurate before placing an order. If you require clarification, kindly contact us before purchasing a custom-cut screen protector.

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange any items in your order, please email us at enquiry@nanotech.sg or contact us via WhatsApp (+65 8208 6888) and send the item to:

We do not allow exchanges by default. Please return the item for a refund and proceed with a new purchase.

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of your return.
  • Initial shipping fees from your order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Shipping Duration:
The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For returns valued at over $50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
