Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days following the confirmation of payment. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Time:

For local orders within Singapore, the estimated shipping time is 2-5 business days.

Please be advised that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times or unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking:

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers are required to contact Nanotech.sg at enquiry@nanotechsg.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date. Nanotech.sg will collaborate with customers to address the matter and, if necessary, initiate a claim with SingPost.
